Easy (and free!!!) Flash creation tools
Here is a brief review of one software and one online application to create Flash animations. They are both quite easy to use (like Powerpoint / OpenOffice Impress presentation tools) and ... free!!!
Powerbullet
Free download and use, quite like mentioned presentation tools. You can find explanations and download on their site:

And you will find an online presentation (screencasting) of Powerbullet including an animation example right ...

The Effect Generator
Full online application to create Flash animations, with a nice design... although it is not always easy to find his way around with so many buttons and options all over the place... Still seems quite complete. It hasn't been tested totally for one reason : I did not find a way to create new pages and I wanted to do so in my example animation ... maybe next time! Still, it's free and very promising.
