Hi fellow music teachers,

I recently discovered that Aviary "Myna" is shutting down as of September 2012. This website was FREE and provided a place for students to use tracks for looping music, place loop music in tracks, record voices, DJ Songs through tracks, create a rap, etc... The great thing about the program was that the students were able to save the file in .wav or .mp3 or various music projects.

I'm wondering if anyone uses a website similiar to Aviary Myna.
A) Loop Bank
B) Track System
C) Ability to save students work on the web or to a .wav/.mp3 file
D) FREE

I hope I can find a new 2.0 website that can do the job. As a last resource I can use Audacity, the problems are
1) it doesn't have a LOOP Bank for creating music
2 music files are not housed on the Internet for easy access
