Teachers, parents and students can now access objectives directly from this Web Site. Input key words, phrases, or test names in the search engine to find just the correct objectives for your students needs. Copy and paste any information you want, then modify the objectives (examples) to exactly describe the needs of your students. The kid section will give your students personal input to write their own objectives (with your help) and to play some interesting games as well.

This information is is designed to help you with the daunting task of writing proper IEP's  The data within this web site was written to correlate with the unique characteristics of various formal assessments. Since assessment is essential for the development of the IEP, specific questions were evaluated and idea statements written based upon those questions. Searching the data for idea statements by assessment will enable teachers to plan lessons or web quests based upon how the student scored on the assessment.

• The goal is for the students to create blogs that share/highlight the interesting features of the person whose biography they are reading.  Our ideal situation is for other 5th grade classes around the country to be able to read and respond to their work.  We would like the student readers to focus on deciding (individually, if possible) which blog most convinced them to want to learn more about the person of interest.  This project is happening right now, and will continue throughout next week.  There will be two to three more blogs written by the students before this project is over, as well as a "book trailer" for the other 5th grade students to read.  Thank you for participating!  
• We would like to know where the students who are reading the blogs are from (state/country), so that we can see how far our work has travelled.

Hey Everyone,

   I was just given a bunch of webcams.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a good website that connects classrooms with others and/or with "the real world" via a virtual fieldtrip.   I would be interested to see what others have used webcams in the classroom for.    Let me know..

Does anyone here currently have distance learning in your school or district? I am looking to bring it to my school district and need to present to the board. @ Peggy: I have a Masters in Technology Integration and I am certified through the state of NY. They have a lisc. for that area; however, most states do not.
