I agree with you on the issue of using the web to enhance learning and instruction. I use (NLVM) National Library of Virtual Manipulative. This one of the many great sites.

(NLVM) National Library of Virtual Manipulative My students love these virtual manipulatives too. What a great resource for students who require a visual approach to learning. The web has a plethora of resources and I hope you're bookmarking them. Have you checked out math playground too?
