Reluctant Readers and Writers

Hello everyone!

I am a college student majoring in Elementary and Middle Level Education. After graduation, I hope to work in a middle school English and reading classroom. These classes always seem to have great diversity in student skill. How do you structure your classroom so that all students' needs are met?
