Hi everyone! I thought it would be nice to hear from the librarians and media-specialists (or those who are still in school) out there in Classroom 2.0.

Please introduce yourself!

I am Rhonda Crim-Tumelson, graduate student at the University of Alabama. I am planing a career in private schools; hopefully in California.

I'm Denise Fischer, elementary librarian as two schools in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The schools host 4-year-old kindergarten through fourth grade. I'm starting a fourth grade wiki project with another school within our district. We're using wikispaces as the forum, as it allows us to create our own user names without the use of an email account. I"m excited to get it started! What's everyone else doing?
how are you doing this? Please explain in detail -thanks!!!
Could you explain exactly how you are doing this project?Sounds good!:)
Happy New Year! I am so excited to find a group of librarians on this site. I am Pam Gardner, a public high school library media specialist in Washington, D.C. USA
Hi All,
I'm Cindy Martin and I'm a teacher-librarian in a dual-track English/French Immersion School in northern British Columbia, Canada. I am also an MEd student with SFU working on a Masters in curriculum instruction focusing on technology in education. I also can identify with those speaking of staff avoiding technology and how change is difficult. But as the self-declared Web 2.0 "evangelist" (no offense to any person's religious beliefs intended with the use of that word) I still plot and plug away reminding myself that patience is a virtue. Must say sometimes it is a virtue that eludes me! lol
Very nice to read all your posts!
I'm Megan, and I'm a teacher librarian at a small 7-12 school in Indiana. I've only just moved into the librarian position, so I'm looking for new ways to integrate Web 2.0 tools throughout the curriculum and I'm working on changing my school's perception of the library.
