Google Form with private info?

Hello there!  I am contemplating creating a google form to ask parents a few beginning of the year questions (specific interests of their child, accessibility to web at home, interest in volunteering, interest in being a "mystery skype reader", etc.)  It seems like a no-brainer to collect the info in that manner, but I don't know if you can keep submissions private only to me.  Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, where and how could I make that happen?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
