Last year, I implemented Google Apps in my (secondary) school in northern Sweden but noticed quickly that I started drowning in all the shared documents. I badly needed a better structure within Apps and the Apps Script gClassFolders - created by Bjorn Behrendt and Andrew Stillman - was just what I needed. Now all the students and teachers have a streamlined folder structure created by the script, making it easy to know where to look for student assignments and other documents.

Any others here using gClassFolders? Would be cool to get in touch!

Hi Nillo,

Like you we have implemented Google Apps for education.  I began looking at gClassFolders and then got slammed woith projects.  You've been happy with it?  I am looking for something that will provide a better, more intutive workflow for our teachers and students who want to share documents.
