I'm n instructor who is interested on e-learning in the web. Recently, our school launch a program regarding e-learning for our students who were currently enrolled. My question is do they need to pay extra amount in their study?
Me and my friend is campaigning for a free internet world.... Is it possible despite the gigantic moguls in the internet world like microsoft and other agency responsible for running the net...

Hello:

In my point of view, elearning should be easy and free.  Elearning is not the goal, it is only away to reach knowledge.  Students do not need to pay extra cuotes to get access to the learning management systems, or at leas to get involved in the basic features.
