seeking spanish speaking english learning class for joint project

I am trying to find an class of Spanish speaking English language learning students to do a joint project with an English speaking, Spanish learning class here in Virginia, USA.  This class is made up of 10 students ages 14-17.  We are looking for a classroom in Spain, Mexico, Argentina, or Puerto Rico.

We want to create digital stories about our area and exchange them with a class which has produced similar stories about their area.  We would do this through Epals.com where students can exchange Emails as we work on the project together.  With Epals, teachers can monitor and control the Email exchanges.
