Is it schools responsibility to teach "Digital Citizenship"?

I definitely think so! Since school tends to be the place that most students get the bulk of their exposure to Internet tools and resources (and are now beginning to create with them!), I think we do need to teach them the right way to use these tools as well as what's appropriate (respectful, legal) in terms of creating and communicating for an audience.
