Hello everybody. Hello everyone!  I was a technology integrator for two different schools, but budget cuts left me out of a job both times.  Sigh!  I've started to post the technology lessons I created on my own time.  Feel free to check them out here

Looking to possibly do a Holidays Around the World Project with my 5th grade class where we link up with classes around the world that can SKYPE call and share about their traditions for December related Holidays. If there is anyone out there that would be interested in setting something up please message me and let me know. I haven't attempted this project before and would love to see how it turns out. having students learn about different cultures to enhance their Global Awareness would be very interesting. They would keep track of their visits as well.

What about having students create screencast tutorials using a free service like Jing. Check out http://mathtrain.tv

Tejal,

Teach mathematics on Excel so the arithmetic is invisible and the student can concentrate on the mathematics.  Google Docs would be fine if Excel is not available.
