The Self-Destructive Habits of Good Companies

I am currently exploring this book and am finding much that parallels the challenges that face us as we attempt to change the educational system. As I listen to this audio book I'm thinking that the big difference between Sheth's examples in the book and a protected monopoly that has many fewer pressures to change any time soon.
