What is effective educational leadership in the 21st century?

Effective leadership is recognized as a key feature of successful
schools. What is effective leadership in the 21st century? Is the style
of leadership needed in the 21st century different than what was
required in the 20th century?

May 16 to 21, 2010 we are hosting a free and open Moodle Meet to discuss the Topic of Educational Leadership.  We hope you will join us.

It is a free, collaborative, professional development opportunity to discuss "Connected Leadership." It will be a week of conversations, examples,
strategies and ideas for leaders as we explore together what it means to
be a "connected educational leader."

Join the learning opportunities with Kim Caise, Peggy George and Lorna Constantini to explore possibilities, raise questions, and share your own ideas and
resources. Stretch your thinking about what it means to be an effective
21st century leader.  Register @ http://bit.ly/boZGOb

This will be our fourth free and open Moodle Meet, or collaborative professional development event.  Guest access is enabled if you would like to view the archives of each week: (Math 2.0, Twitter in the Classroom, Cell Phones in the Classroom, ...
