I really liked several of the technology ideas listed on the book page, but I guess my favorite was the digital tablet. I want to teach elementary school ages, but I am not sure this would be appropriate for them, but I really thought using a tablet in a class for an art lesson would be fun. It would appeal to the visual or technology driven learner. The link was wacom.com/education. These type of tablets are wonderful for art of many types. You can also integrate digital images into them and create portraits or images on top of images. It would be great for just a general art lesson. I even thought it may be a great way for ESL classes to express themselves, especially if there is a language barrier. I am artistic and it really appeals to me. It could be a great centers idea for younger students as well.
