I have an exciting opportunity to start an after school program featuring global online activities for ESL students. My supervisor is asking whether or not blog posts can be monitored before they are sent out. She wants to know how I would monitor my students' writing. Here it is in a nutshell: There is money available to pay for the program, as well as to implement an online course that would involve a professional to review students' writing. I am in the office now. Anybody out there?

In Blogger, posts can be saved as 'drafts' before being 'published' on a blog. You would need to instruct your students to save their posts as drafts. You can then review the drafts and monitor the work before publishing posts to the world on your blog.
Best.

Great website! I will be sure to review this information carefully and to forward it to my colleagues. Thank you so much for helping me with this; my supervisor has informed me that she is definitely considering my request to use blogging as the basis for the global community after-school program. I appreciate your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Louise
