Technology Assessments at the High School Level

Anyone out there who is currently using a "standardized" technology assessment at the high school level. I have been given the task of putting together a pre/post assessment for this school year that all students will take. The assessment needs to show how students are learning to use technology to become successful in the 21st Century.

I would love any ideas that anyone has, or even better yet, I would really like to see an example of what other schools are doing with this type of assessment.
