I am looking to assess my staff's technology literacy skills so I can plan professional development. Our distict uses a tool called Pilot which is ok but doesn't give detailed enough information. What we need is a tool that gives a idea of what kind of technology user they are. I know there are many different ways to measure this so I am looking to see what is out there so I don't have to recreate the wheel. The biggest problem with what we are using currently is that it only gives us general data not where each teacher falls individually.
