I am looking for a survey/pre-assessment to give to a group of preservice teachers who are taking an introductory course in instructional technology this summer.  I am not interested so much in their prior knowledge and competencies about tools and software as I am interested in their attitudes, interests, and learning styles.  I want to understand their preferences when it comes to learning and using technology.  How do they approach new tools and new applications?  What works best for them?  I guess what I am looking for would closely resemble a traditional learning styles inventory but would be contextualized for hands-on learning with 21st century communication and information technologies.

Any suggestions?
