I noticed there are many web sites that will solve algebraic equations for you and show you the steps.  But I wanted a site that makes the user do all of the work.  Couldn't find one, so I built one.

showthemath.org is a simple site with a powerful inline math editor that nicely formats the work that the user/student is doing.  Right now I am just getting started, but I would like it to be a place where students can solve a problem, show their work, and then copy/paste, email, or image capture it for their homework or assessment.  And ultimately I'd like to work it into my QuestionPress program, but that might be a few months out.

If you are a math teacher or know someone who is, please check it out and give me feedback.  I like making useful tools for my fellow educator - so let me know what you think and what you would want out of the site.

Thanks for the input.
