As the district assistive technology coordinator, I am implementing a process for the who, what, where of e-Text and other digital formats. We felt that the library would be a logical place to house such things as textbook CD's but should this be the responsibility of the content area teachers and classroom teachers. I'm really asking for some examples of what this looks like in other school districts and what are some of the obstacles around Digital Libraries thank you
