Professional Development for Computer Teachers-Any Suggestions

Hello, I am in the process of wanting to expand my basic computer applications beyond Office Applications. Can anyone recommend a good professional development course or online opportunity. It could be anything such as learning Basic C Programming or a Flash course. Learning a new technology and then implementing and teaching it is a challenge, but I am looking for a summer course.

I'm involved with running a hands-on summer institute focusing in programming, robotics, and multimedia. The interesting part is that the focus is not the tools, but learning how to bring student-centered creativity tools to real classrooms. Constructing Modern Knowledge info is here.
