Needed: CA K-12 academic standards in XML (even .xls or .csv)

I'm looking for CA K-12 academic standards in XML format (even .xls or .csv). Found a pay-for site at http://academicbenchmarks.org, but I know there might be other sources. I'd appreciate any help!
