I teach English at a school in Sweden and I would very much like for my 12-16 year old students to make friends abroad. We would like to be able to have conversations class to class via Skype and I would also like it if the students could strike up individual pen-friend relationships.

This is our school wiki and our school blog:

Hoping to hear from you!

Best regards, Marie Linder, Montessoriskolan, Falun, Sweden

Hi Marie,
I may have a class that would be interested in working with you. We are a grade K-12 district located in Northern, NJ, USA. I have classes of students in the age range that you are looking for. We use wiki's, blogs, Moodle, and Skype. Would you be interested in setting up a common wiki on wikispaces where both of our classes could start communicating. We could use the discussion boards to start and share information about our schools/country/culture on the wiki pages to start?
