I've heard SimpleK12.com is planning on doing some in the near future (20-30 minute session on a single teacher/classroom ready app).

I ran into this LIveBinder that has a lot of stuff.  Michael Fisher has a very comprehensive resource. Though, I haven't seen the management side to this.  Here it is. http://livebinders.com/play/play/26195

Apple has a few webinars this summer. I just signed up for one June 28th. They have some in July for specific content areas. The one next week is for al Learners. Try this site http://www.apple.com/education/ipad/
