On Monday, October 25, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time, Missouri FCCLA is joining with ACTE for its first Tweet Chat on culinary education and careers with guest Chef Jeff Henderson. Chef Jeff - author, creator of the Chef Jeff Project TV Show (Food Network) that prepares at-risk youth to work in high-quality kitchens, and former executive chef at the Bellagio - will answer your questions about culinary education and preparing students for culinary careers. All family and consumer sciences, culinary instructors, and other interested educators or administrators are invited to participate!
