I would love to hear about your experiences using iPods, iTouches, or iPads in your school and the educational benefits you think they provide for learning.
We are a Windows PC-based network and are considering replacing some obsolete laptops with iPads.Probably not great for creating, but certainly for accessing information...
As we add devices, we are thinking about using iTouch devices for students to listen to podcasts, video clips, etc.rather than purchasing iPods....just trying to get my teachers to think beyond computers and into other mobile devices- for teaching and learning.
I am interested in any positive or negative experiences that I might share with members of our school technology team.
Our school serves students grades 3-8.
Thanks!
