How to purchase games for schools?

We are actively pursuing RollerCoaster Tycoon as a cornerstone activity for our Economics class. We were looking into whether or not there was/could be a site license for the program or if we were better off buying 30 copies of the game and just install them locally on to all the computers in one lab. Has anyone had any experience with this? Your guidance would be very much appreciated!
