Don't know if they have a teacher ed program but check out the University of Washington.  They are coming out with great stuff.  They used the game Fold to get gamers to solve the HIV virus problem that had stumped scientists for years.  Now they have a game called Refraction to get kids working with fractions and seeing the relationships.
