Could you share your experience with Course Management Systems?

Hello everyone,

I see, a lot of you are using course management systems at schools. I am an Instructional Technology student and I am trying to create a knowledge base for different course management systems, so that one can first read some "first hand experience" before making a decision which system to choose. (the kind of information you do not find on the website or in a table that lists what the system can do).

Do you like/dislike the system you are using?
Is it commercial or a Open Source system?
How difficult is the administration?
What features do you use?
Do you find it difficult to navigate?
What features do you like/dislike especially?
Which Open Source CMSs do you know?
