Computers for Youth is looking to hire a great teacher in NYC

We are looking for a smart, driven individual with a passion for CFY’s mission and the following attributes:

• At least two years of experience as a K-12 classroom teacher in a public school, ideally in middle-school
• Experience working with youth and low-income communities
• Experience with blended learning and digital learning technologies
• Experience writing or developing lesson plans and curriculum
• Experience overseeing or leading professional development

Other Ideal attributes:

• Experience providing regular feedback to teacher colleagues
• Experience as a mentor or lead teacher
• Experience as an instructional coach
