A Contest - have you ever done anything like this? Need advice

We are hoping to do a "contest" of sorts for our consortium members.  We would like them to submit short videos of ways they have integrated technology into their classrooms after taking classees at our facility.  We can't really offer any prizes, but we can give them a rather nice marble plaque.  We could probably give up to 10 people plaques each year.

We are trying to work on an application and submission criteria. I know I am not thinking of something that will be important - and come up when we least expect it.

Any words of wisdom?

Thanks,
Lee Anne
