PLC/N: Twitter - I have learned what it feels like to receive a helping hand from someone who can teach me how to learn what I want to know.

I teach gifted K-6 in a one full day a week pullout program. Of the Web 2.0 tools on the list, we've used 10 or so. We also have a blog and have done 5 wikis and two major websites this last year. We just finished a HUGE 4-6th grade wiki project on Pirates which was the outcome of a 3 month "lesson" on research skills.

You can see all the stuff we've done in the last 4 years at my blog
I think a professional development program can really unite a group of people. If done right a corporation can improve employee retention and morale. An example is AT&T's learning and professional development program.
