Hello. I'm Kathy Howey from Virginia. I'm not a teacher, but I plan to be in the near future. I have been a nurse for 27 years and have just obtained a Masters degree. Now I'm working on a certificate in nursing education. I'm taking a course in distance education at present and hope to gain some insight by interacting with this site.

It seems that this Web site is still in in infancy. Some of the forum topics have no entries at all, while others are more popular. The "Introduction" discussion seems the largest at this point.

My name is Bryan Sebesta, and am a student at a certain Granite Bay High School (in Granite Bay, California, USA). I have been heading up our school's online presence for almost two years now, and am very interested in technologies we can get our school's faculty and staff to use, as well as us students. I'm Cherie Stafford, living in Phoenix, Arizona (but aspiring to live in the Pacific Northwest).
I was an elementary teacher for 23 years; now I am a teacher of elementary teachers - teaching (and learning with them) how to integrate technology literacy into their curriculums. They are my heroes!

Jim Farmer in Waycross, GA. I'm a technology coordinator and computer lab teacher of K-5 students. Originally born in Haiti, came to Waycross via Fort Lauderdale, FL. Hi, I am Pam Gow. I teach 700 2nd and 3rd graders in computer lab. This is my 1st year in this position but this is my 28th year of teaching. I also do minor tech support in our building. I am here to listen and learn.
