I'm teaching science this year and need some ideas of how to teach buoyancy that will catch the interest of middle years' students. Any ideas?

There's a 7 min. video by Bill Nye on the topic at Teacher Tube they may like.
I think Phun has some physics that would let the kids experiment with buoyancy
