I don't know what grades you teach, but I use Apple computer with students in K-8. I have been writing about different projects we do and results. You can take a look at my past postings and see if anything is useful to you. The blog is NJ Tech Teacher Musings. I'm favoriting this post. I hope I'll find more resources in your responses.
