Global Education Conference is a FREE, online and completely virtual conference scheduled to take place November 15- 19, 2010. GEC is a collaborative effort to significantly increase opportunities for globally connecting education activities and initiatives. Full details are available at http://globaleducationconference.com.
My 1-hour session is on learning with mind maps. Although mind mapping is already used by millions of people worldwide, it is still relatively little used in schools and unknown to students and teachers. However, once students and teachers get introduced to mind mapping, they find it a fun, engaging, and motivating approach to learning, and a great tool to manage information and increase productivity.
